Denied Sniper Buff

Currently the snipers are kinda shit, especially with the hitboxes.

I feel like if we buffed all snipers to hit 100 at chest and head (not arm, legs, etc) but make the sniper automatically scope out that would balance the snipers out.

It automatically scopes out when you sprint. Please explain this. Also I made it so Snipers can still one shot head shot and 2 shot body. And if they take 5 damage they are one shotable.

-1 I think sniper are fine it the DMR that need a rework over time. There are too many bushes on the map for people to hid in and sit with a sniper and camp
