What faction do you want to help:
I would like to help VVS
Why should we choose you to become an Officer:
There are a few reasons on why I should be chosen for an officer; I have been playing MilitaryRP since I was 14, throughout the time within the 8 years I've played MilitaryRP I've led, and been an officer in a plethora of different MilitaryRP servers, and factions. I also have additionally, more realistic experience present on the Roblox MILSIM Genre where I have held several general positions and commanded hundreds, to thousands of soldiers within the units I was in charge of throughout my time in the genre. I have displayed on numerous occasions my dedication, and capabilities of assisting a unit and bringing it to the fullest it can be. Much of my experience has been within flight units, such as being the Proxy leader of 63rd / VVS under Tuna before leaving to assist J, Martin as his 2GA was struggling and I was frustrated of being a proxy leader. While being the proxy leader of 63rd / VVS I had the faction as non-arguably the most active faction on Paragon, we almost always had 3-5 players and sometimes even reached 8 while also maintaining a level of professionality that every SOC should display (before Tuna revived and reverted this). I have a fascination for aerial units, almost all of my experience in the Roblox MILSIM genre was present in aerial units such as being the 101st Commanding General where I had hand crafted a pilot training course that exceeded the capabilities of training offered by 160th SOARs pilot course, I was also the XVIII Corps Commanding General where I was thus also in charge of the 101st AB Division but also the 82nd AB Division and additionally handled the new divisions courses. With this experience I believe that I should be chosen as an officer because I have displayed, and held a track record of numerous leadership positions where I have excelled, and ensured the unit and members under my command have excelled as well.
What makes you better than any other Officer/player:
I don't necessarily believe you can be better than other leaders in all ways possible as leadership varies in the eyes of everyone, however, if I were to state reasons I could be perceived as a better leader or officer than others I would refer to the many leadership times where I have stepped up when no one else would and do what needed to be done to take a unit that was faltering, to a unit that prevailed. Within the old militaryRp server I must not name, I was the leader of the Green Beret; within this unit, I had taken it from having 0-2 players consistently online to a faction that had on the low end, 8 players on daily and at the most 12 players on daily. I had also led the green beret in a way where I had taken players with base level skills, and upon leaving my unit they were capable of joining DF, Rangers, or the Afgan counterparts. I had also, led this unit as a proxy leader from as low as an E8, as the Colonel was inactive. That colonel then handed the position to a player who did not want the position and thus, had been simply letting me continue to proxy lead but giving me the ranks and tools to do so before handing me Colonel once he believed I was ready. Now moving to the Roblox MILSIM, 101st unit was my first MILSIM unit, when I had originally joined the unit was struggling as a whole. The leaders were incapable of getting players to events, the unit would constantly fail inspections, and the unit all together was faltering. When I had raised to the Commanding General position I had completely re-written all documentation provided for the unit, and I had garnered a level of activity that I am proud of to this day. Due to this, I was moved to the XVIII CCG position where in total, I had gotten 100 members to attend an inspection and to additional events (around 50/50 82nd and 101st). With this being said I believe that although I may not be the best leader, or officer, I believe that I stand amongst the experienced leaders and officers capable of leading a unit from a low point to an area where the faction can thrive.
How much time can you dedicate to the server:
Currently, for about the rest of this week and possibly next week, I wont be capable of dedicating much due to home restrictions, however, I had still done my best to put in roughly 4+ hours daily. I am doing a home inspection with my girlfriends landlord this friday and if things go well we should be signing the lease on either friday, the weekend, or monday and the move should happen either this weekend or next weekend. Once I do move, I can dedicate over 5 hours daily to the server. On the weekends, I will be capable of dedicating roughly 7-12 hours, maybe even more as I typically wake up at 8, and goto bed at 12 meaning at the most I can dedicate is 16 hours on the weekends (if I nolife the server)
Lastly, what do you think can help the server:
I believe I can help the server by expanding the things not only the VVS but general players can do. When I was the LtCol for VVS I would regularly host organized RP events that were logged into a document, and additionally with this I would be adding in the tapes from the terminal mod which would allow the enemy side to also RP as they could potentially access our information. I believe that if I were to lead VVS it would benefit the server as a whole because of the potential I will bring for RP, the activity of the faction I will be maintaining, the skills of the players I gain being improved on by me and other officers, and also the level of professionalism within the air as it is important to ensure that only skilled, and rule orientated pilots are in the helicopters.
Notes:
For those confused, I do have a few replacements in mind for Marshal. I have been planning on retiring to VVS for a while.
To management, I know I was already a candidate for VVS but I felt as though it would be unfair for the rest to put in an application and run the chance of having someone who didn't apply chosen over them.
