Heli Update

Overview: This update is all about Helicopters their rules and what they use. It will go over in war, new helis,guns, and spawning capabilities.


#1: Rules
-A max of 2 attack helis maybe taken out each war but once they are destroyed no more may be taken out and used
-If the enemy team doesnt have any Pilots on or they are AFK only 1 attack heli may be used
-Transport helis may be used as much as needed
-Stingers may only be used on enemy aircraft

These helicopters are just so much better and way more realistic using gredwitch base and arent as OP as the kermit ones.

#3: Crash Scene
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2933375962 Its unrealistic to always just blow up once your heli goes down so I think it would be cool since you guys have parachutes for you to add like a 20% chance of the cut scene happening instead where you have a chance to bail.

I disagree with the rule as apache fights are incredibly fun. The reast I agree with. My idea for the rule as I proposed before is that the 200 points rule stands for transportation and ground troops, HOWEVER, if an apache is brought out at any point the opposing side does not need permission to get their own to counter said apache. Simple as that.
