Faction CO/Officer Applications 2.0

Hello all that are interested!

There seems to be a shortage of players that want to or are held back by a rank to help the server. This is for those that either want to help the server or don't want to become staff to do that. If you don't follow the format you will not be accepted.
Format Below:

Name (IGN):
Steam ID:

In-game Playtime (You can check this in the the top right):

What faction do you want to help:

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum):

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum):

How much time can you dedicate to the server:

Lastly, what do you think can help the server:

Name (IGN): Red Panda
Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:138533956

In-game Playtime (You can check this in the the top right): 15h 27m (I'm pretty sure I have more but idk)

What faction do you want to help: 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment–Delta

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum):
I should be an officer because of my previous experience with leading in a variety of communities and servers. I know when to be mature and when it's time to be laid back a little bit. I have experience with creating/managing documents that are still being used to this day and having a good work/life balance when it comes to managing/playing MRP. As an example for the faction, I believe that communication is one of the major factors of what makes a faction successful. Getting a foundation to where higher-ups easily communicate and update with the lower half creates good bonds and allows for more information to flow through smoothly.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum):
To those that know me, know that I can fuck around sometimes but when the time comes, i'm locked in. I know a couple of people that are currently on the server that know my work ethic and can possibly vouch for me when it comes to this application. I am a very good communicator and leader when it comes to dealing with issues and preventing upcoming ones. Also, creating a safe space for players is a good way to create trust and develop friendships along the way.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: I can easily dedicate about 2-3 hours a day with my college schedule.

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: Having leaders that can communicate and cooperate in a good fashion to have a fun and interactive experience.

(Note: I'M NOT APPLYING FOR COMMANDING OFFICER. THIS IS AN APPLICATION FOR REGULAR OFFICER.)

In-game Playtime (You can check this in the the top right): More than a week (last time I saw)

What faction do you want to help: United States Marine Forces Special Operations Command

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum): Factions best interest being top priority. If I become an officer I would put the factions best interest first. In doing this it brings in the right people for the faction rather than those who would make the faction look bad. As the tier 2 faction of NATO our goal is to be better than tier 3 and strive to be as good as tier 1. With me being an officer that goal changes to being better than the tier 1 faction. This means being able to figure out when the faction needs to be more interested in the RP side or PVP side and enforcing it, while also keeping it balanced between the two evenly.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): Keeping goals. If I become an officer in this faction, I will keep the faction accountable for their goals. When a team has goals it gives them an objective and upon completing the objective it makes the faction better in some way and creates a space for another objective. This becomes a constant flow, not only this but ill also enforce a promotion guide and system for moving up in ranks at the players best pase.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: I can probably be on at least every other day for at least 3-5 hours.

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: Time could help the server. We need to see how everything moves along on its own before trying to fix anything. If we watch the server and look for the things that are bad we can progressively fix them.

Name (IGN): V LT Zqrxz
Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:7253780

In-game Playtime (You can check this in the the top right): Between 100 and 200 hours

What faction do you want to help: 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment–Delta

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum): From past servers I have a lot of experience as an officer in multiple different factions and also leading factions. I bring to the table plenty of experience and also the experience as a staff member brings in the level head needed as an officer or leader of any faction as you will be tested and have to deal with a lot of different things. I also spend a lot of time on the server which as we know is very important as having play time is what keeps a faction alive.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): As i said previously my experience, while i do believe a lot of people could do an amazing job as an officer it is something you must work for and gain the experience needed to be a competent leader within the community and within your faction which i have plenty of. I believe we need to fill these first spots with people that have the experience and can make the faction great for the people that are too come and they can learn from the well versed people how to be an officer/lead a faction.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: Most hours of every day

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: Playtime from our community we need players that can be active and help us through rough patches especially when the server first comes back up because without players we are nothing. These players also bring to our attention issues with the server so we can work to fix them and make the server a more enjoyable time.

+Support for Zqrxz
Zq is a pretty good person to take one of the first positions in Delta. It would be pretty fun to have him around.

Also not sure if I can give support to people if I can't uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Fuck

What faction do you want to help: Delta Force

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum): I should be chosen as an officer primarily because of my previous experience in Officer and Command roles. On this server, I have been a RAF Officer. On other servers, I have been Army Commander, DF Commander, FORECON Commander, MP XO, GOA, and other various officer ranks. I would really like to help this server by bringing in more RP and having more/better communication and teamwork between factions. Also, Delta definitely needs the help due to the fact that they have very few active officers and only about 2-3 active members

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): There are a few reasons why I am a better choice than other applicants, including my experience and personality. As I previously mentioned, I have a lot of experience when it comes to leading factions on MilRP servers. Because of this, I know the ins and outs of running an officer team and faction. I am also a great leader due to my prior experience in Gmod and IRL. While I like to have fun while playing GMod, I am also strict when it comes to performance and standards for any faction I lead or help lead.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: 2+ hours on weekdays, and 4+ hours on weekends

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: I think promoting professionalism, activity, and RP on the server can definitely help it grow. This should be done especially for Officers, but should be enforced for enlisted as well. Also, I think just getting every faction more active will in turn make the whole server more active.

What faction do you want to help:
Delta Force

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum):
I have been playing military RP for the last 7 years and through that course of time of playing I have played this server and three other servers where I was all Delta Force in. In two of the servers I was a Delta Force Officer and Delta Force CO meaning I understood the standards set out for Delta Force members as well as the way the faction should be conducted. During my time span as a Delta Force CO, I was able to raise the skill level and make Delta Force become recognized as the best faction in the server as before my term, Delta Force has never won a single JSOC tournament in a server that has been running for 5+ years as well as not being able to retain members due to higher ups in the faction being inactive. However, once I obtained my CO position, I was able to have Delta Force win three JSOC tournaments in a row as well as have all members on at least 6 hours a day. I also raised the professionalism and refined comms or call outs making it more precise and simple to make call outs more efficient especially in combat. Throughout my term as well, I maintained Delta Force productivity nearly 8 times more compared to all the other JSOC factions combined and maintained my activity and created a roleplay system for Delta Force which was a HVT system adding meaning to the raids and other missions conducted. I also helped other factions where their Officers were inactive, by creating joint operations for the roleplay system I created. With these missions, I created strategies for each objective that were never done nor found which increased the success of the mission significantly with minimal members. With the experience of uplifting Delta Force and understanding the expectation of what Delta Force is supposed to be, I believe that I am best fit to become an Officer in Delta Force.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum):

My experience and innovation separates me from other Officers/players. I have been playing MRP for quite a long time allowing me to pick up different perspectives of different COs across different factions and their opinion on how to run a faction. Grasping their opinions, I took all their perspectives and refined them into making my own method of assisting or running a faction. Through learning from many COs, I was able to become creative with strategizing for holding objectives and conducting raids. I was able to refine communications to be the most efficient. I was able to perfect methods on how to train Delta Force members to become more skilled and professional. I was able to learn how to lead and guide members in the aspect of understanding what responsibilities they retained as a Delta Force member and the standards that they were being held at. Through experience and dissecting my experience across different factions, I gained a vast amount of knowledge on the proper ways to lead a faction which would greatly assist Delta Force.

How much time can you dedicate to the server:

I would be able to dedicate 4+ hours on weekdays and 8+ Hours on the weekend.

Lastly, what do you think can help the server:

I am already extremely active for my short time on this server as I recently joined only for 3 days and have already racked up a high amount of hours that I listed above. I have tried playing other games like League of Legends, MW2, Warframe, and NBA 2k, but none of them let me have fun like MRP does. As I grow up and mature, I look back at my childhood and reminisce about the fun games I used to play. MRP is my childhood’s core game, it was fun to meet new people and play with them while enjoying an RP game that we all collectively like, which is why I still enjoy this game, the nostalgia that I have keeps me playing this game which is why I will remain active unlike many others who become burnt out. As an enlisted, there is not much that I can do with my activity other than provide another number to be shown when players check how many people are on, or provide another body and accompany another person that is also on the server as well. I wouldn’t be able to provide activity. However, becoming an officer, I would be able to hold more power such as holding training sessions for players such as sims or little education on tips and tricks to become better at this game which would make the game more enjoyable for newer and older players. I would be able to implement RP such as the HVT system I created into raids. Instead of simply killing people, add meaning into why we are raiding and what we need to carry out in order to make our operation successful. I would be able to create more RP situations like this to keep players entertained and actually feel like they are participating in military RP, instead of a TDM game where we dress up as people from the military. Overall, I would still be active as I love and enjoy MRP even after 7 years, but with this Officer position, I would be able to make this server and MRP more enjoyable to others, just as is to me by increasing activity with group sims and RP operations that players join to enjoy.

I would have no issue having you as an officer in my faction as 1 you have the experience and the drive and 2 i can tell you put a lot of dedication into writing this and that shows a lot on its own. I really do hope you get accepted.

What faction do you want to help: Delta Force

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum): I have been on Gmod for over 5+ years. most of that time has been playing the Military RP server. I would make a great addition to the Delta Force Officer team because first off I am in Delta Force and I know how it works and what the COL expects from me and the others playing in delta force. I am a great leader I have led may SOC faction and have great leadership skills in the game and outside of the game. I am also very knowledgeable about officer duty in the server like taking care of doc work and hosting tryouts and sims to improve the server and delta force as a whole. I have been an officer in many SOF Factions and know what to do at the right time and where to be at the right to. Like being a role model on the server hosting US tryouts for new players or doing fun RP events.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): I am in the Marine Corps so I have learned real-world military tactics and skills I have learned over my years in the military and I can bring that to Delta Force and grow delta to the best it can be. I have also been a delta force COL on Garnet and know how to lead a faction. Another reason I would be set apart from other applicants is the ideas that I bring to the table like Adding division inside of Delta Force like a recon team or an intel team to make some fun RP events with RU. Lastly, I am willing to spend the time helping people in the server to be the best they can be but hosting sims or mock tryouts to get other players engaged in the server and to find the new Delta Force recruit.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: I am on every day for 4 to 8 hours a day

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: I have a bunch of ideas for improving the server as a whole. I am also a part of the greatest Military RP staff team that has ever existed on the best Military RP server that has ever been on this earth. Every day I try to think of new ways to make the server and other factions better and I always express my ideas to the staff team no matter what it is because I want this server to succeed just like everyone else does and will stop and not cost to make this mission happen.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): I am in the marine corp so I been real world military tactics and skill I have learned over my years in the military and I can bring that to delta force and grow delta to the best it can be. I also been a delta force COL on garnet and know how to lead a faction. Another reason I would be set apart from other applicants is my ideas that I bring to the table like Adding division inside of delta force like a recon team or a intel team to make some fun RP events with RU. Lastly I am will to spend the time helping people in the server to be the best they can be but hosting sims or mock try out to get other player engaged in the server and to find the new delta force recruit.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: I am on every day for 4 to 8 hours a-day

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: I have a-bunch of idea for improving the server as a hole. I am also apart of the greatest Military RP staff team that has ever existed on the best Military RP server that ever been on this earth. Every day I try to think of new way to make the server better and other faction better and I always express my ideas to the staff team no matter what it is because I want this server to succeed just like everyone else does and will stop and not cost to make this mission happen.
+1

Name (IGN): Mozzie

Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:76561198390780858

In-game Playtime (You can check this in the the top right): 1 week and 2 days

What faction do you want to help: Delta Force

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum): I should be chosen as an officer primarily because of my previous experience in Officer and Command roles. On this server, I have been a NATO Officer, 2GA high ranking Officer and a VVS 2IC Officer. On other servers, I have been a Green Beret Officer, and other various officer ranks. I would really like to help out the faction by bringing in more RP and having more communication with our teammates. Also, Delta definitely needs the help due to the fact that they have very few active officers or members and I love helping factions with low numbers.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): There are a few, as why I am a better choice than other applicants, including my experience and funny personality. As I previously mentioned, I have a lot of experience when it comes to managing factions on MilRP servers. Thanks to this how to run an officer team and enlisted with good care. I also make a decent leader due to my prior experience in different servers in gmod. While I like to do “Shenanigans” while playing gmod, I am also strict when it comes to performance and standards for any faction I help lead.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: 4+ hours on weekdays, and 5+ hours on weekends

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: I think promoting semi-seriousness, activity, and RP on the server can definitely make people like the server more. Especially for Officers, previous experiences have taught me that a very serious officer is not the best officer. Also, I think just getting every faction more active will in turn make the whole server more fun.
