I think I should become a officer in the elite tier 1 faction Vega. As I have a lot of prior experience being a officer. As well I am a really good role model that can lead Vega in the direction the col desires.I believe if given the time I will become one of the best officer on the server!
What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words):
I am better than a other players for a majority of reasons. Reason 1 : I am a well skilled player that has been tier 1 on {READACTED} server 1 AND even tier one on {READACTED} server 2. Making me one if not the only MRP player do ever have done this. Reason 2 : I am the perfect role matter for Vega. I really display the Vega mentality being a well know egotistical toxic player! Reason 3 : I asked really nicely
How much time can you dedicate to the server:
As summer rolls in I will have LOADS of time to play the server!
Lastly, what do you think can help the server:
I think I can help the server by being a strong role matter for what players should inspire to be. On top of the fact I am more than willing to help base faction.

I have tons of experience as an officer on multiple servers in multiple factions
. I'm not clinically brain dead. I like writing docs and coming up with SOPs. I also have experience deving a server and a lot of experience on 5m RP servers. I'd love to help the server out by training and recruiting.

I do what I say I'm going to do, and I'm active.

Depends on the day. At the bare minimum I can put in an hour a day. My work schedule is very random but I do get a good amount of days off and my work is usually late at night after peak hours.

I have a few ideas on how to make some overall improvements, including certain addons, and how the factions should be run. I also have game master experience so I would be down to help setup some events.

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words):

You should pick me to become an officer because of my enjoyment and dedication to the role.

I have been playing on GMOD for over 4K hours, and in all the time I have done it, the time I enjoy the most has to be as an officer. I enjoy the kind of leadership responsibility that comes with it, and having people who rely on your training succeed on their own, even in a video game is a great feeling.

I also dedicate myself to the role by trying to inspire people to get on or be excited to play, which IMO is something this server is in desperate need of, since its really only wars and FFA currently. I have multiple drive folders of docs I write, and I have people who can vouch for my dedication to the officer role.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words):

Some of the traits that separate me from other people is the experience I have as an officer in MRP, and especially for the faction I want to help, Navy SEALs. I was Seal Team 3 officer and MCPON on IFN MRP for basically the whole time it was really popping after the new map. On a few different servers I have always aimed for SEALs. Even outside of SEALs, I have been a strong officer who can get people into the faction who will stay, and eventually replace me. I also have the self awareness to not power trip over a Garry’s Mod position, and I prefer to not hold myself higher, even when people say sir to me as a CMDR it bothers me. I think those are very key traits that all officers have that I do see vary from person to person.


How much time can you dedicate to the server:
For this summer, 6 hours a day except days I work, probably 2 then, but once school starts that would have to change.

Lastly, what do you think can help the server:
A bunch of Gamemasters, events actually being run instead of just not getting on at all. Also something to do during peacetime other than FFA.

Honestly I don't believe at this moment I am the perfect best or even fitting choice for this position BUT if given the chance to show off what I have. It will be a investment worth it. I have round about 4,000 hours/240000 minutes of Garry mod game time. More than half of year of in game experience. Which in my option makes me a Very strong choice to be a officer in the Elite faction Vega. When I try at the video game I consistently out preform those around me.
What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum):
When applying for officer in Vega most people would say that being a PVP strong suited player is the only thing that matters. BUT I also bring something Vega that any other application can't bring. My level of skill when it comes to Roleplay. As seen in this server at the moment officer honestly do Nothing rarely is training held. If training is held it's sims and at no point after or before do they Teach you how to improve to become a better player. As a officer I will make sure to help the community by teaching my fellow peers to improve and help them become better players. As well like pervious mention I will Strive to improve the roleplay throughout Vega, Serb, and the entirety of the server if I was given Vega officer.(I have combined both questions)
How much time can you dedicate to the server: I will be able to consistently donate 5-9 hours a day to the server.

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum): I want to become an officer because I would like to bring this server to great population and I wanna show that I am great candidate not only for this faction but the community. I hear this faction needs pilots, and I already am a great pilot so I believe I will be a great fit for this spot.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): What makes me better than any other applicant/candidate is that I am always active, I will be on every single day when pop is low or high, I will be there to help any person in need, and I am always here for others. What makes me better is I am most likely a better pilot than others and I have dedicated more time to flying than most.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: Everyday for at least 4+ hours

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: I believe what can help the server is more events, getting the population active, getting more people on the server spreading the word, fixing all the bugs/problems as soon as possible, etc.

For now, I personally think you should stay enlisted because of your playtime, especially since you say you can dedicate more time to the server than you already have on. Once you play a little bit more and get to know the community a little better, I think you will be a great fit, but this is up to Smity.

What faction do you want to help: Serbian Russian Guard [SRG]

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum): I think I should be an officer for SRG, not only to help them out, but also to help better the faction. Since SRG is the base faction you get upon completing training, I feel it is good to have a solid first regiment. Another reason you should choose me to be an officer is because I've been doing Military RP on Garry's Mod for the past 5 years. I spent 3 years on Garnet Gaming, and reached the rank of General, then another 2 years on a server called Clay Knight Gaming, and became the Military Police Chief. I intend on being on this server until either the server falls, or I fall. I an also very immersed into the community, and intend on becoming as close as possible.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): I wouldn't say I am better than any other officer is SRG because, calling yourself better than someone is selfish. I feel we all have different strengths that makes us good at what we do. For me, it would be that I like stated prevously have lots of expirence, but also I love this server and want to help is succeed as much a possible.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: At least 12 hours a day

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: I think in order to help the server, we need to host more community events, if that be FFA arenas, giveaways, or server vs combine events.

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum): I have the experience and time to put into the battalion and am willing to get docs and roster work done when ever I have a second while recruiting into the battalion. I have been CMDR before and know how hard it can be at times so I want to help out Arma as much as possible.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): I have a tone of experience with leadership and military servers as I have lead my own servers before. I am good with doc works and roster work as well and know how to get shit done. I am good at communicating and can talk to lower ranking and find out what they need in jobs are areas of the battalion.

How much time can you dedicate to the server: A decent amount.

Lastly, what do you think can help the server: events in the battalion, like 72nd can run sniper shootouts and see you can get the longest kill. and vega and good the fastest kill house. things to engage the community.

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum):
I am capable of providing leadership and bringing wealth to the RAF which is currently lacking. I have a strong love of roleplay and will be able to help JDAM and Stra1Yf build the RAF properly. Right now there is an absence of officers and our commanders, I want to help fix that. Currently I cant recruit or even really hold proper sims, thus cant build up our current force. Id like to participate instead of basically doing nothing which is the current downer.

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum):
I cant say any of my technical ability makes me better, but im always for upping my skill and practicing. I think I can help other players do that and I know I can communicate with my fellow faction leaders. I know I can train, mentor and lead troops of my faction, in flight, in combat and even cross faction.

How much time can you dedicate to the server:
I can dedicate a fair amount of time when im not working, hour+ a day easy. West coast though working a full time job, but again shouldn't be a problem, I think I have been fairly active.

Lastly, what do you think can help the server:
I can help by providing ideas and or methods to help my faction out, and I can help relive the stress of my limited officers in my station. I want to help provide the RP experience. I can help make RAF whole.

I added this because right now RAF is having a shortage of leadership that I want to help fill, originally I wanted to join the SRG but I am here and want to see NATO do well. I have been unable to be promoted from higher command due to their inactivity and I have done alot from taking candidates through flight trials and combat and raid transport since I cannot actually recruit.

Why should we choose you to become an Officer (50 words minimum): I have 11,000 hours of just RP and structured ranking RP servers with it ranging from MRP, VietnamRP, SWRP, WW2 and more on i believe I'm very capable of an officer position, im on every day for large parts of the day and 72nd really needs an officer that's on when the higher ups aren't able to and to be able to help with things that take time and patience

What makes you better than any other Officer/player (50 words minimum): With my long experience with roleplay servers and leading regiments i know i can bring a lot of ideas and a lot of support to whatever is needed either it being document work, tryouts, operations, and so on. Im on almost daily and for long periods of time and with all that time given I feel I have a good idea of 72nd and the goals of it and ive had a lot of interaction with the members and learn from being able to work with them in wars and outside of it

How much time can you dedicate to the server: a lot im on the server too much
