Add MP

Military Police is definitely needed with the amount of minging going on in the server. MP is also great for pushing RP, so I really don't see a reason why not. While I don't expect MP to be wildly popular, I myself would definitely join (and apply for CO) if it was added. Having strict base rules being enforced would overall just improve the attitude on this server, which will only help it. And finally, it could help take some of the more basic sits off of staff's plates.

I disagree with this, The population can't support it. Especially when Officers can do all of this "RP" Maybe not the Warrants and chasing people down that way but they can still arrest people for doing stupid shit.
